Jamie Berger, President and Founder, actively participates in the overall management of the Company. She manages and maintains all contract and large corporate accounts. She is a member of the International Caterers Association and serves on the Board of Directors of The Corky Dengler Friends Foundation of TFEC. She is married with two children.

Matthew Miller, Executive Chef: Executive Chef Matthew Miller is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Prior to coming on board with C&J Catering in early 2008, Matthew worked in the corporate food service and restaurant industries. He was the executive chef for a fortune five hundred company in Washington, DC and a restaurant in Middleburg, VA. Matthew brings a wealth of management and culinary experience to C&J Catering. He resides in Hummlestown with his wife and two sons.

Don Holmes, General Manager: Don has been with C&J Catering since 2006. Don works with the sales, culinary and logistics teams each day to ensure quality coordination of events including delivery and set-up according to the specs of each client. In his spare time, Don likes to spend time with his family. He also serves on the Board of the Mark Baranowski Memorial Foundation and the Corky Dengler Friends Foundation of TFEC.

Marlo Heagy, Sales Manager: As sales manager for C&J Catering, Marlo is happy to utilize her creativity and extensive sales experience with her knowledge and love of food. She spent years working as a top selling realtor and accredited staging professional. Marlo has worked in various restaurants and hotels as well. Marlo not only helps clients coordinate and plan their events, but she is often present at them, ensuring each event is successful and exceeds the expectations of the client. Marlo is married and has one son.

Stephanie Gantt, Director of Human Resources: , Stephanie joined C&J Catering after graduating from Albright College with a B.S. in Business Management. Prior to joining C&J Catering’s team, Stephanie worked as an Account Manager for Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. managing the ACT62 Autism mandate in the state of PA. In her free time, Stephanie rarely sits down and would rather stay busy.

Glenn Neville, Sous Chef: Glenn has worked in the food industry for over 20 years. Starting as a dishwasher at 16 and successfully working his way up to Sous Chef. Glenn brings his expertise and creativity to the kitchen at C&J. Glenn’s love for cooking shows through with his wonderful food and positive attitude.

Melissa Pearl, Floral and Event Designer: With over 10 years experience in the Catering and Special Events industry, Melissa's passion for flowers and design is evident in her vocation. Melissa works closely with her clients to create signature designs that represent their style, yet remain within their budget. Her fresh outlook, enthusiastic approach and artistic eye for detail are what Melissa's clients say they like most about working with her.

Contessa Barry, Wedding & Event Coordinator and Designer: Contessa is a lead event planner focusing on Wedding Planning. Her creative eye and attention to detail are admired by every client she works with. Her experience prior to coming on board with C&J Catering includes a 3 year internship with a Philadelphia based Wedding Planner and several college art courses.

Mary Firestone, Sales Assistant and Event Coordinator: Prior to joining C&J, Mary spent seven successful years as an executive assistant for a large member based organization. She studied music at the University of Dayton, Ohio, and continues to perform and teach in her spare time. Mary combines her attention to detail and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. She enjoys helping clients choose unique menus tailored to their events. Mary is married with two children.

Pam Wise, Pastry Chef: Pam worked a desk job for several years and needed a creative change. She came to C&J in June 2007 and immediately incorporated her artistic abilities into every dessert platter. She enjoys baking and working with the talented people at C&J. Pam likes to spend her spare time with her 3 crazy kids.

Ann Shelley, Kitchen Staff: Ann leads our fresh sandwich division at C&J Catering and prepares more than 1000 sandwiches per week for our daily corporate clients. She has previously worked in daycare for many years and needed a change. C&J has offered her the opportunity to combine her love of food and working with people. Ann likes to spend her free time with her two children.

Barb Dietrich, Barista Capitol Restaurant: Barb has been working as a barista at the Capitol for 8 years first with Nutrition, Inc. followed by Aramark and now with C&J Catering. Prior to working as a barista, Barb worked in housekeeping for Dauphin Manor. In her free time, Barb enjoys crocheting and spending time with her 11 grandchildren (and 1 on the way!).

Jon Parsons, Logistics Team: .Jon joined C&J Catering in June 2010. His love of food and cooking brought him to the catering business, having previously worked in the radio industry. Jon does a little bit of everything, but mainly helps coordinate and executve the daily caterings that take place at C&J. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, fishing and cooking.
