All Guest tables will have an assortment of freshly baked breads and rolls with whipped butter.

First Course Options (Choose One):

  1. Fresh Garden Salad w/ Dressing Assortment
  2. Spinach with Feta Cheese, Fresh Raspberries with Raspberry Vinaigrette
  3. Avocado, Orange and Sweet Onion Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette

Main Course Options: (Choose One Beef and One Chicken Entrée)

Beef Options:

  1. Grilled Beef Tenderloin (6 oz.) with red wine reduction, garlic whipped potatoes and citrus asparagus medley
  2. Tender Roasted Beef Tips served over wide egg noodles with a roasted summer vegetable medley
  3. Smoked Beef Loin, grilled, sliced and served over couscous with a roasted chipotle corn sauce

Chicken Options:

  1. Grilled Chicken Breast topped with fresh bruschetta served over wild rice and served with a grilled summer vegetable medley
  2. Chicken Marsala served with tender mushrooms in a marsala wine reduction served with garlic whipped potatoes and green beans
  3. Tuscan Chicken served with freshly roasted tomatoes and artichokes over tomato basil infused rice

Children’s Menu Option: Crispy Baked Chicken Strips, Mashed Potatoes or Oven Baked French Fries, Vegetable and apple dippers with Caramel sauce
