Every January, the Pennsylvania Farm Show brings together the very best of agriculture, innovation, and community, and the food is no exception. From January 10–17, guests at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Hall can explore a food court that celebrates local flavors, longtime Farm Show favorites, and exciting new offerings. As the food service provider for the complex, we’re proud to collaborate with an incredible lineup of vendors who help make this event a must-visit for nearly half a million guests each year. Check out some of the familiar favorites, and the exciting new entries to this year’s can’t miss event:


Açaí Bowl Bar

New this year, our make-your-own Açaí Bowl stand brings a fresh, customizable option to the Farm Show food court. Guests can build their own bowls with vibrant açaí bases and a variety of toppings, making it an energizing and delicious choice whether you’re starting your day or taking a midday break.

jusbold Fresh Pressed Juices

Another exciting debut is jusbold, a new line of fresh-pressed juices. Made with no added sugar or preservatives, these juices are packed with bold flavor and nutrients, offering a refreshing and health-forward option amid the Farm Show’s hearty classics. These juices are produced right here in Middletown, Pennsylvania.

PA Dairymen’s Association

Few things say Farm Show quite like a fresh milkshake, and the PA Dairymen’s Association delivers once again. Every shake supports agricultural, educational, and community programs across the state, making this sweet treat a meaningful and delicious tradition.

Pennsylvania Co-operative Potato Growers

Celebrating local farmers and local flavor, the Pennsylvania Co-operative Potato Growers return with a menu built around everyone’s favorite comfort food. From fresh-cut French fries to baked potatoes, potato donuts, and even a new donut machine, their booth highlights the versatility of Pennsylvania-grown potatoes.

Mushroom Farmers of Pennsylvania

Mushrooms take center stage with Mushroom Farmers of PA, offering creative dishes that spotlight one of the state’s signature crops. Guests can try items like the mushroom breakfast burrito or classic favorites such as mushroom burgers, stuffed portobellos, and mushroom risotto, all made with locally grown mushrooms.

Pennsylvania Vegetable Growers Association (PVGA)

Celebrating 100 years, PVGA invites guests to the food court to enjoy a colorful lineup of offerings. Their menu includes blooming onions, strawberry-infused beverages, onion rings, veggie platters, and more, each highlighting the freshness and diversity of Pennsylvania vegetables.

Snyder’s Concessions

Family-owned and operated since 1967, Snyder’s Concessions is a Farm Show staple. Known for classic fair favorites like pizza, burgers, chicken tenders, and loaded sandwiches, they continue a tradition of serving comforting, familiar foods that generations of guests look forward to every year.

The Pennsylvania Livestock Association

Supporting youth agriculture programs across the state, The PLA pairs great food with a great cause. Their menu features all-beef hot dogs, pork lollipops, pork ribs, and brisket sandwiches, with proceeds benefiting 4-H, FFA, and collegiate livestock groups.

Nuts For You

A proud Farm Show sponsor, Nuts For You brings the irresistible aroma of roasted snacks to the complex. Guests can enjoy cinnamon roasted nuts, kettle corn, cotton candy, monkey bread, and other sweet treats that are perfect for sharing, or keeping all to yourself.

Bluebird Ridge Farms

Better known as Bluebird, Bluebird Ridge Farms brings farm-to-fork cooking to the Pennsylvania Farm Show food court using grass-fed, grass-finished beef and pasture-raised chicken. Fan favorites include the All-American Smashburger and the bold Cowboy Smashburger with fried onions, jalapeños, and Smash sauce. It’s a great stop for guests looking for quality ingredients and big flavor.

Sherri’s Crab Cakes

Hailing from Camp Hill, Sherri’s Crab Cakes brings its reputation for “The World’s Greatest Concession Crab Cakes” to the Pennsylvania Farm Show food court.
