Brian joins C&J Catering as an accomplished hospitality executive with over 25 years of experience leading high-volume, multi-unit food and beverage operations. His extensive background spans corporate dining, hotels, resorts, casinos, and healthcare environments, making him uniquely equipped to steer our expanding corporate initiatives. From overseeing complex logistical operations to managing mass-scale food service like concession operations, Brian understands exactly what it takes to execute at the highest level of the industry.
Before joining us, he served as Resident District Manager and Director of Culinary Development at Culinesse, where he spearheaded operational strategy, culinary innovation, and business development. Prior to that, he held key executive leadership roles with Penn National Gaming, including Vice President of Food & Beverage at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. His time serving as an Executive Chef within that organization built a strong foundation in culinary excellence, which he has paired perfectly with the operational discipline required to scale large foodservice environments.
What sets Brian apart is his direct, solutions-driven leadership style. He possesses a rare blend of culinary expertise and strong business acumen, allowing him to beautifully balance guest satisfaction, team development, and food service excellence.
